This is a quick and to the point story, enjoyed this second book in the series. Well written. Look forward to the rest of the story.
This story is missing the middle! There is a beginning and end and that's it. The idea was interesting even though it had holes (where did all the maids come from if there were a shortage of women). I thought it was sweet but incomplete.
Mature content
This is the third story from this series I have read, and while there are strong plot similarities, each one delivers a quick light read with a strong, loving male lead who believes in his strong woman and her right to be free/independent and stand on her own 2 feet... though he would prefer she let him have her back.
I think I am glad I have not read any 2 stories on the same night, as that might make each feel a bit less entertaining.
I wanted more! This is a very short story. A good book, but way too short. I read the first in this series, another short, which prompted this purchase.
